Featuring Victoria, BC via Tobago's Caleb Hart, "Let Justice Prevail" is a Reggae/Hip Hop mash up with Montreal's Jon Rosner on the guitar and Toronto's Patrick Panus on the saxophone. The first song written and recorded for the album way back in 2015 when we first began slowly working on the project, "Let Justice Prevail" is an anthem for the times, touching on greed, police brutality, the unjust system that we live in and how we'll overcome it all. ✊
lyrics
Verse 1 (Cee):
Yo this ain't really livin',
Coz we ain't knowing who we are like we ain't worth the wisdom,
And we were told that we can only work with what we're given,
So we've been blinded to the inner workings of the system, money the new religion,
So catch us kneeling at the altar of the dollar,
Where respect for life and nature never mattered, just the profit,
And the love of it's a sickness, poison in the mixture,
You see it when the scrilla bae and breathing just a mistress,
And we were never for it, but we ain't tell 'em 'No',
So we just rolling with it, our pride, we let it go,
We sold our soul for paper, some numbers on a screen,
But it's a ghost we chasin', nothing is what it seems,
And we are one, we are infinite and everything,
The universe connected and our consciousness a blessing, kid,
So as we edging ever closer to the grail,
Know that darkness never wins and that justice will prevail
Hook 1 (Caleb Hart):
Red light keeps her warm yet alone and cold
Let justice prevail
Mama ballin' in the streets, her son is gone
Let justice prevail
Dutty Babylon cyah keep us wary
Let justice prevail
Calling all the revolutionaries
Let justice prevail
Post-Hook (Caleb Hart):
So daughters rise, sons open up your eyes,
Shackles are loosed, ropes untied,
So daughters rise, sons open up your eyes,
Shackles are loosed, ropes untied
Verse 2 (Cee):
Yo this ain't really livin',
Coz something wrong when another human owning the prisons,
So what they sayin's we nothing but chattel to their business,
Coz everybody just a dollar when they in the system, power the new religion,
We give it to 'em, the control that they have,
The biggest gang's in all blue with a gun and a badge,
They got their uniforms and weaponry, tactics to threaten peace,
Authority they wanting but our masters they will never be,
And we was never for it, but we ain't tell 'em 'Nah',
It's time we moving forward, the revolution start,
We saved our souls for greatness, the inner light to shine,
The truth is what we chasing, it's finally the time,
Coz we are one, we are infinite and everything,
The universe connected and our consciousness a blessing, kid,
So as we edging ever closer to the grail,
Know that darkness never wins and that justice will prevail
Hook 2 (Caleb Hart):
Red light keeps her warm yet alone and cold

Verse 3 (Caleb Hart):
The ropes have been untied, we need to put aside,
Anguish built up inside, I know the preachers lie,
Every day's a clean slate, so let's not fuel hate,
We're all destined for greatness so take heed to the words I say,
See I could just chant about it, but instead I choose to live it,
Justice received so justice freely given,
See I could just chant about it, but instead I choose to live it,
Justice received so justice freely given
Hook 3 (Caleb Hart):
The red light’s off, found joy, now she's living bold
Justice has prevailed
Baby laughing in her arms now 6 months old
Justice has prevailed
Dutty Babylon cyah keep us wary
Justice has prevailed
Calling all the revolutionaries
Justice has prevailed
